At Succeessify LTD, we take pride in offering affordable and high-quality digital products, including Shopify and WordPress themes and plugins. Due to the nature of digital downloads and the low pricing of most of our items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds for Digital Products
All of our products are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase. Since digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including:-
Change of mind

Purchased by mistake

Product not compatible with your platform or setup

Lack of technical knowledge

Failure to read the product description before purchase

Low-Cost Pricing Policy
Many of our themes and plugins are priced as low as $1. At this pricing level, we are unable to process individual refund requests. Please carefully review product details and ensure compatibility before completing your purchase. -
Support After Purchase
While refunds are not available, we do offer basic support to assist with installation issues or general guidance. If you encounter any problems, we encourage you to contact us at support@succeessify.com and we’ll do our best to help. -
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where:-
You were charged multiple times for the same item

There was a verifiable technical issue on our end that prevented delivery of the product

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase, and provide the order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Service-Based Refunds
For custom Shopify or WordPress services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the agreement made before work begins. If a milestone-based payment was made and work was completed up to that milestone, refunds will not be issued for completed phases.
